"The process felt rushed. I didn’t see the advertised..." The process felt rushed. I didn’t see the advertised leasing deals at all & what I walked away with was less than what I was shown and less than what I wanted. The person I worked with -Hezekiah- was great and informative but besides him I felt like I was in a bait & switch situation with The vehicle & terms of the lease. I would recommend only if a friend insisted on in-person dealership experience vs buying online.

"Car returned unwashed, not vacuumed, very disappointed " The 2 different gentlemen who picked up and dropped off my vehicle were friendly and professional. However, when I went out at the end of the day to drive my vehicle home, I noted that the car had not been vacuumed, nor had it been washed. While the gentleman who picked up my car did indicate that the car wash was not working that day, my car was at Thompson for 3 days and certainly in that time the car could have been washed and vacuumed. "My car needed service. I called and they offered a next..." My car needed service. I called and they offered a next day appointment. Repairs were done promptly and service department communicated well. Very happy with this dealership and the service department. Would recommend this dealership.
