Erik was very patient and worked with me on what I wanted and needed. The showroom and customer waiting area was spotless, and all employeers were very friendly. It is a very professional atmosphere. I thought I would buy my certified used BMW in South Carolina, where I have a second home, but after visiting their showroom, the personnel turned me off. Working with John Romell was a very positive experience when looking for a vehicle. He was very helpful, and we appreciated his patience in answering any question we had. He made sure we knew how to use the features in the vehicle on the day we picked it up. We would consider this dealership for any future vehicle purchase.

There was no pressure - I got all the information that I Needed from Eric. It was also hassle free and an easy buying experience. IF I had to buy another BMW - I would certainly go to Cain BMW.

I visited at least 15 different dealerships in my search for the right car and right dealership. I found most dealers to have the typical salesmen that I would expect. I won't take my time or the reader's time to complain about the other salesmen. Incompetence, obnoxious, clueless..... wow! I visited three BMW dealerships in my area (NE Ohio); the first(in Akron) was typical salesmen-high pressure environment with old-school mentality price games. The second (Cleveland) didn't seem too motivated to sell me a car. At the first sign of me wanting to negotiate the price down it was almost as if they were done talking to me and at one point actually told me to go to another dealership (after referencing a trade-in value offered to me from their nearest competitor). Erik was extremely professional, courteous, provided various options, open to negotiation. I rated the customer service great, b/c welcoming atmosphere, associate was attentive to my concerns and needs. The quality of the vehicle is very good. Everyone within Cain BMW extremely friendly, and courteous. I would highly recommend Erik as well as dealership to others based on my experience.

Erik did a good job showing me my options. He seemed honest and genuinely interested in helping me find the car I would like best. He arranged a lease for me that fit my price and timing needs and even arranged for a weekend test drive of the car I was interested in. I guess it worked!

I stopped by Cain BMW to look for an X5 that was advertised. Erik Worley offered the customer service that you can only find at a first class dealership. He was knowledgeable about the car, helpful in answering my questions and showed patience during my decisions. With his guidance Cain's worked with me on a price and had my car ready when I arrived to pick it up. Everyone was friendly and extrememly professional.
