I live in Columbus. I was interested in a couple of vehicles from Cain BMW. My dad who lives in Akron went to check the vehicles out and met salesman Erik Worley. My dad test drove the vehicles and talked to Erik about what type of deal could be done. I contaced Erik via phone and we set a time for me to come up to Cain and test drive the vehicles. My overall experience leasing my new car was very good. Their was no pressure to make a deal. My sales person Tony was very knowledgeable and friendly, along with the finance person. Once again very satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealer ship.
Eric was very thorough with the paperwork process and explaining the features of the X3. He took us on a test drive and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure working with Eric which made the process of purchasing our new vehicle a very pleasant experience.

Overall experience was very positive. Sales Representative (Erik) was professional and took the time necessary to answer my questions. He went the extra mile to handle a few miscellanous odds and ends to prep the vehicle while I waited. It was nice to be introduced to others in the dealership that I may be working with in the future - service department and his sales manager. It was nice to put faces and names together.
The salesman was very friendly and helpful. He was pleasant during my test drive and not pushy. He could answer all of my questions. During my negotiations he was not combative but very supportive. I thought I ended up with a good price and I am extremely happy with my car. All in all it was a very good experience, probably my best yet. And I have been buying or leasing cars for over 40 years.
