John was great! Very friendly, professional and courteous. I flew in from out of town to get the car and was promptly picked up at the airport by a representative from the dealership. The only problem was on the mechanical side of things. Halfway through driving the car back home my oil light went on. I discovered the vehicle was very low on oil and did not get inspected properly. I did not feel pressured into buying something and I received the answers to the questions I asked, not information I did not want to hear. Each person I met and spoke with with was very polite and nice to me and my family.
Internet transaction. John Rommel was excellent-----efficient, honest, straightforward. He is one of the few car salespeople that have delivered everything that they have promised witihout needing to be reminded. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about my internet sales experience----and this was for an impossible to acquire 1 M Coupe. I will certainly contact John Rommel at Cain BMW first when I am ready to purchase my next new BMW.
Erik Worley at Cain BMW was very knowledgable and fun to work with. I felt at ease the entire time and was never pressured. I chose Cain after visiting the Akron BMW dealer where I did feel pressured and did not get the follow up that I was looking for. I would highly recommend Cain BMW & especially Erik. You will not be let down.
Purchased a 2011 BMW X5 35d from Greg Haines at Cain BMW; both Greg as well as the entire Cain establishment was a first-class professional operation to deal with. Representative (Greg) was professional and took the time necessary to answer my questions. He has followed up several times to make sure all is ging well and that I'm happy.
From the very first visit I had such a wonderful experience. Randy Turner showed me a couple small SUVs that I woudl be interested and let me test drive the ones that I was interested in. All of the questions I had were answered and I didn't feel rushed or hurried to make a decision. I loved the fact that I was able to take the car home for a couple days to see if it was what I really wanted.
