Great dealership, pricing was fair and service was great. Purchased the X5 over the phone, they located the exact unit and delivered in 3 days. Two issues, the dealership does not have enough loaners and they do not offer free car was (like Lexus), only offer when in for service---CHEAP for a lux dealership!
I have given this review because of honesty. I called the dealership and spoke with Erik Worley who answered all my questions about the car I called on with honest answers he gave me all the information I needed to decide if I was going to purchase the car. This decision took a few days, but with great negotiations between Erik and myself I made the decision to purchase the car. My husband and I have a local BMW dealer we could have dealt with but decided to go to Cain based on our initial experience. After a few months, we went back to Erik to purchase a BMW. Erik went out of his way to understand our needs and really get to know us. He added such a personal touch by talking about his family and kids and asking about ours. It was a great experience. I would recommend Cain BMW and Erik to family and friends.

John was very informative and was not pushy. We felt like we got a fair deal on the car. The door was not functioning properly and they did an I owe you, bringing up a loaner car to us. They are still woking with us to remedy another problem with the car. The guy who did our financing was very friendly and informative as well. I would recommend this dealership.

I drove from Prospect, KY to N. Canton, OH on Sunday night to buy a 2008 650 BMW CPO convertible from Erik Worley of Cain BMW. This was a wonderful experience. I have bought a lot of great cars over the last 40 years. Never have I had a car salesman offer to buy my dinner (on his day off). Many dealers in the Columbus area are not helpful, or customer oriented as they have the monopoly on the cars being sold in the area - without competition. Erik was fabulous to work with, and has demonstrated his willingness to work with his customer in order to get them to drive off in their car of choice and deal!
