I bought a pre-owned Audi from Cain, and John Romell was my salesman. He was very friendly and helpful. He assisted me with my initial inspection and test drive, answered my questions, and also arranged to hold the car while I moved the money into place to make the purchase. John provided the information I needed so that I could make my own decision to lease a new BMW 3 Series (AWD) from Cain. No pressure. Good technical information about the car from John. Good follow up from John. Finally, the whole process did not take that long at Cain BMW (spending hours at a car dealership to buy a car seems pretty 1970's). I will recommend John to my friends.
I just bought a new car from Cain BMW and had excellent, friendly, speedy service from John Romell and his colleagues there. The trade-in and preparation of the new car went without a hitch, and I would recommend Cain to a prospective buyer.
My experience was great. John was extremely helpfull and very thorough. I was updated via phone many times to let me know the progress of my car which was built. It came in earlier than expected which was also pleasant. I went to several different dealers and cain and John were head and shoulders better than the others. From price to friendliness and everything in between. recommend strongly to anyone.
The dealership puts an emphasis on service, and they do not forfeit quality for price. I did an extensive amount of research prior to purchasing my certified pre-owned vehicle (and visited several other dealers for similar vehicles); not only did I get the best price on my trade-in and the best comparable price on the vehicle, I also found everyone more amicable to work with in the trade/purchase.
The main reason that I went to Cain was due to trust. I just purchased my 6th (2 new and 4 used)vehicle from the dealership and have always been impressed with the customer service, no excuses on why things can't be done and always pursuing a way to make a deal. I have never felt that I walked away with anything less than a fair deal, and in some cases felt that I was offered a great deal. I found the vehicle I purchased on the internet. I chatted with John on the website. The next day we went to look at the vehicle. Test drove it and bought it. And the price was more economical then the internet listed price was. We got a great car at a great price. I recommend them to everyone. Good job, people.

John worked dillegently to help us purchase our car. We were not even looking to buy the day we stopped. The friendliness and willingness to come to an agreement we were both satisfied with paid off.
