John gave excellent customer service by coming in on his day off to test drive the vehicle with me. The dealership personnel were very professional and courteous. After delivering the vehicle there was a vibration. When I called and told John of the issue I encountered he told me to bring it in and it would be taken care of at no cost to me. That service will bring me back to Cain in the future.

I came in knowing what I wanted and Erik helped me by explaining the differences in the vehicles he had on the lot. He took care of the the test drive, financing & was very pleasant to work with. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.

First off, Cain dealership lobby is empowering and the welcoming bodies make it difficult not to want a mutual, long-term relationship. Both employees exhibited professionalism and provided distinguishing service. John was determined to arrange follow ups and seal the deal, as well as fulfill finicky requests that I propsed to him. I recently purchased my X5 from Erik Worley at Cain BMW and found the transaction to be an all-around satisfying experience. I am from southwest Ohio, so Cain BMW is a significant drive; however, Erik and his sales manager were fair to deal with and there were no surprises when I showed up to take the car home. I will certainly consider Cain BMW in any future car purchases.

Erik at Cain was wonderful to work with-we had some specific details that were needed in our next vehicle and he understood our needs and even made some great suggestions. The service team that prepped our vehicle were super nice-and had the car in top notch condition for us to drive away with. Overall the best car buying experience we have ever had!

I saw this BMW on autotrader.com. I called the number provided and left a message. Greg called me back in a timely manner. He had all info for the car as well as a few pictures of the blemishes on the car. He instructed me on how to fill the credit app out and I submitted it. I was suprised to see how fast he got back with me. I live about 4 hours away and he even helped me with directions to the store. Pretty much an all around great experience. Sales person was very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Car was in great shape inside and out and bought for less than sticker price without a need to haggle. Only one item of note was that there were some issues with the car after sale, some of which could have been avoided if I had asked but each issue was repaired and paid for by them as well a loaner vehicle provided. Will definitely recommend and will return for servicing and future purchases.
