"Easy transaction!" Met Jim over the phone to discuss the purchase transaction, 2 hours later I got in my car and drove 250 miles to complete the purchase. The details we discussed over the phone were accurate. 2 days later I discovered a minor issue, discussed it with Jim and he resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Very pleased with my purchase experience.

"Very easy buying experience." We felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire experience. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. They were very busy on Saturday, but we didn't have to wait at all.

"Service with Excellence " Jim Barett EXEMPLIFIES great character a code of ethics and conduct of effeficiency to the buyer. So you just don’t leave with a car but you leave with a salesman to buyer relationship. It was really an awesome experience shopping at Cain BMW THANKS JB

"Excellent Customer Service" Jim Barret at Cain BMW is who you need to see when you’re buying your next vehicle. He really listened to what I wanted. I felt comfortable, not pushed into something that I wouldn’t be happy driving. His superior customer service will have me coming back to him in the future!

"comfortable place to buy a car" Cain had a CPO vehicle that we wanted. Thru the entire process our salesman, John Romell, was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. He was exceedingly patient, answered question after question (in retrospect, some good questions, some pretty silly) and made the process as painless as as the generally unpleasant process of car buying can be. Before, during and after the purchase John has been a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.

"Friendly, low pressure " Jim was genuinely friendly. He was very helpful when it came to working out the details of the sale. He spent a lot making sure I was comfortable with all of the car’s features before I left the showroom.

"The best dealership " I can not say enough good things about this dealership! It was my best car buying experience ever. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Jim. He made the whole experience so comfortable and easy for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted and the car that was right for me. "excellent service" I was looking for a certified pre-owned BMW and had visited 3+ dealerships in the Cleveland area, none of which were willing to negotiate. I found a vehicle that I liked through the Cain website and within 20 minutes I had made a deal over the phone. I went to pick it up the following day and I met John Romell.
