We were in the market for a certified pre-own BMW so we started reading the dealerships reviews. Based on some negative reviews we were skeptical about this dealership, however their New Car sales manager Jerome was recommended by a friend so we decided to give them a shot. I purchased a car from Bryce Piemonte and Chris Hughes in November and can honestly say they surpassed my expectations. I found them them to be fair, knowledgable, and allowed me to move forward with the process without pressure. Both are very genuine and made me feel very comfortable and confident about my decision. Bryce and Chris were referred to me by my parents who purchased a car from them earlier this year. I know we all will continue to turn to these two over the years for all of our vehicles!

From the time I walked into the dealership I found that my car buying experience was unlike any other. I found a great internet deal on a somewhat unusual, particular used car at BMW of West Springfield. So I flew in from Minnesota to buy the car. Before I did their man Justin was absolutely honest in describing and testing the car, so that I did not waste my time and airplane ticket. He held the car for two weeks for me with a credit card deposit. Upon arrival, their man Paul picked me up at the airport. Justin was awesome to work with. I found this dealership to be the rare gem that did not enter in to a high pressure, this deal is only going to last to the end of the day, type of sales tactics. Bryce (the salesperson) answered a myriad of questions throughout the day and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the car, pros/cons, terms of the leasing agreement, and just about anything else. I would absolutely return to this dealership and most definitely would ask to work with Bryce for my next purchase.
I had called BMW of West Springfield regarding an X1 that they had in their inventory. I was linked with Bryce Piemonte, whom was very pleasant, accommodating, and no pressure.
