This dealership is a breath of fresh air. As we all know how buying a car can be. Had tested a variety of cars locally and saw they had a car I was interested in. It was worth the drive and glad I did it. Bryce was fantastic. Easy to talk with and felt he actually listened to all my questions and concerns and took care of them all. The whole process was quick and easy. Even though we did not purchase a BMW, we were treated as if we purchased the most expensive one on the lot. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially our sales guy Edwin. He worked hard to get us an even better price than we already had and to make sure the vehicle was up to our standards. I will definitely be returning to purchase my next vehicle from Edwin.
This dealership is by far the best BMW professional dealership around. Living in Connecticut, it is worth the trip up versus the Hartford BMW dealer. The level of professionalism and willingness to work with you is outstanding. I have visited the BMW dealer in Hartford a few times over the years and the level of arrogance there was insane! I found this dealer a highly approachable and professional staff. They were extremely easy to work with and listened to all of my needs for a new car.
I usually am not a fan of the whole buying a car experience as I find most of the sales people I run into are pushy and not genuinely concerned about my needs. I recently purchased a new BMW and the experience was fun and rewarding. From the test drive to the drive event where I had competitors cars to drive right at the dealership to working on building my own vehicle and finally negotiating the purchase, I enjoyed the process. That is not something you often hear. Bryce was a great guide through the whole journey. I recommend him highly.
