I have owned five - soon to be six - BMWs. Al but one were from BMW dealers. Two buying experiences were fine/average - I don't even remember the sales people. One salesman was excellent and I would have gone back to him but he had left the dealership. One bad experience but that wasn't fault of saleswoman. I probably called/emailed over a dozen dealerships looking for a deal on a new BMW i3, and the folks at BMW of West Springfield had the best price by far. It was so competitive, I drove an hour and a half to check out the car. I met with Bryce Piemonte and Jerome Ballesteros, and both were extremely helpful, straightforward, and friendly. They did give us a good price for the trade in we did for Acura RDX.
