Mike Tirrel was an absolute pleasure to work with. His effervescent personality, attentiveness and product knowledge were unparalelled. The overall experience was fabulous. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mike in particular.
Connie was very helpful and friendly. She explained the process very well and handled both the drop off and pick up processes very well. One issue was not completely resolved and a service rep went for a test ride with me to attempt to replicate problem. The problem was not observed but I appreciated the effort. Very satisfactory experience.

Tony Quiterio was very helpful, friendly, spent a lot of time with us, thoroughly answered all our questions not just about the car we were interested in but about the auto business generally, pricing, financing etc. Liked him a lot.

My husband and I went to Lexus first to buy a new SUV and was treated awful. We went to WS BMW immediatly after and received exceptional service from Walter. He was wonderful and made our transaction smooth. Walter took good care of us through the entire process. We love our X5 diesel and thank Walter for recommending it. Our visits were pleasant and the purchase of our second 328i was satisfying and handled in a professional and timely manner. Michael Tirrel also stepped up and solved a distant delivery issue that met our motor vehicle registration timing needs.
