I just had to write about the excellent service I've received at BMW of West Springfield. I purchased my BMW here , and every time I come in for service(which is not often), I'm always greeted promptly and positively. The work is always excellent...I've got no complaints. I walked into the dealership to look at a 550i xdrive. Stephen made a phone call and found a good home for my trade and gave me good price on the car and I bought on the 1st visit. He didn't waste my time. That means a lot to me.
I looked at Lexus , Mercedes Benz and BMW brands, when I narrowed my choice to BMW. Buying the car from Gengras BMW was a great experience, especially this being my first car. Steve and Norm were wonderful, patient and tackled every issue that came in their way. Michael Tirrel was professional and informative. I visited other dealerships, and I knew more about the cars than the salesperson did! Michael knows the cars and he took the time to explain how features work. Negotiating for the vehicle was straightforward and stress free. Norman Caruolo was also top notch when it came time to pick up the car and doing the paperwork. I enjoy dealing with people that operate at such a professional level.
