I have been to many dealerships in my life and talked with a lot of sales people. But the service/experience that I have received from BMW of West Springfield and Dani has yet to meet its match.
We bought a brand new Costume build BMW x5 from Jason Paoletta at BMW of West Springfield. I would highly recommend Jason for a sales consultant, We never felt rushed, Very Friendly and always Helpful. We recieved an EXCELLENT service. Jason does beyond what is expected of a sales consultant. Oh and LOVE the Car!
Dani was great! He was able to make sure I received fair price for my trade-in; received a great price for the new BMW and made sure that I was able to finance the difference. It was a very rewarding experience and I would highly recommend Dani to friends and family.

Buying a BMW has been something I have always looked forward to. I recently came to BMW of West Springfield to look into buying a CPO BMW despite being stuck in a lease with another auto manufacturer. Best experience I've ever had with a dealership! I will be a BMW west Springfield customer for life! We were not harrassed by a salesperson the moment we arrived. We had to go in and ask for help( truly liked that) it's the way the building is situated in respect to used car lot- the salespeople can't see us. Even though, this may upset some, I liked having to ask for help. Michael was excellent and handled a problem I had with the car, no questions asked. Buying a new car is not high on my list of favorite things to do. The reason is simple. I's not spending the money for the purchase as you might think. It's the high pressure sales people that give me a feeling that they can't be trusted. Jason changed that for us. He was friendly, informative and was patient as my wife and I tried to figure out which model was right for us. Wallter did an outstanding job of presenting me with the choices on my X5. He was patient, courteous and above all fair with the deal. We worked through the needs, wants and most importantly, the expectations I had for the vehicle and settled on a deal. Once concluded, he followed up with prompt delivery.
