"Out of Warranty Electrical Problem " My car is 8 years old and has about 176,000 miles on it, and recently developed an electrical problem. "car was towed and dropped off over the weekend" My customer service rep picked up my vmail and email over the weekend and handled everything flawlessly. Dan McDonald was in constant communication throughout the Sat night dropoff thru the Tuesday pickup.

"A little bit unconvenince. " Over my experience was good. Your dealer need to offer free car rental if customer’s car need to stay overnight for fixing. Nissan, Toyota and accura offer this.

"Great job and excellent advisor" My BMW X5 was sent for maintenance and BMW recall fix. My new advisor Ali Kooros clearly explained all issues for maintenance and recall fix. He managed to scheduled the date, car rental and applied suitable discount/coupon to adjust the final cost. The technicians did an excellent job to bring back a car like renewed. I am very grateful for everything.
