From making the appointment online, to the quality of the service received, to the professional and courteous representative, my recent experience with bringing my car in for routine service was excellent. "Quality service. " I needed tire work last minute and the service Dept at BMW of Norwood scheduled me in the next day, with a fully booked day on their schedule. They were happy to accommodate my service needs. Fixed a leaky tire and recommended a full tire replacement due to the wear bars showing through. They did this all in the same afternoon. Very happy with the accommodations and quality of professional service.
