"Quick and easy service" Had my winter tires swapped out and stored for the summer- all in just over 90 minutes of waiting in a very nice and quiet setting to work while waiting.

"Top notch treatment for maintenance visit" Excellent service, one of the main reasons I stopped using herb chambers in boston is because the service here is excellent. Loaner was a new x3, service advisor extremely helpful and kept me up to date throughout the day.

"Another outstanding experience" I have had a consistently excellent experience with the BMW Norwood service department. The staff is polite and professional. I never feel that they are trying to get me to spend more than necessary. Very important when dealing with car maintenance and repair.

"Made recieving car service enjoyable " EVERYONE was super friendly, accommodating, and competent. That is a great combination!
