"Excellent Service - we drive 50 miles for it!! " As always this team from sales to service are incredible we actually drive over 50 miles to service our car at Norwood -Prime Motor Group! They are fast efficient and always a pleasure to deal with!

"After all it is a BMW" In for a recall on turbo water pump, suspension work and valve seals. Technicians found some other needed maintenance items. Work is impeccably documented requests are not executed prior to approval and they are always happy to explain anything that is unclear. In short, you get exactly what you pay for. Loaners are always clean and current model so a little extended test drive never hurts. Car drives and feels like new. Should be good for the next 10k for an oil change and general servicing.

"Excellent Service " Brought my car in for a recall and they took care of me and my car. Offered me a shuttle home and when the car was ready the next morning I was offered a ride back to the dealer to pick up my car. I was shocked, I could not believe that any car dealer would do this but only at BMW will I have this type of service. That’s why I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.

"Very Helpfull!!!" Although I did not buy a car at the dealership I would like to acknowledge how helpful Heather Dumas (finance manager) in providing information regarding various products. I found her very professional and available to me to answer various questions, etc. She is an asset to the dealership. Additionally Jason the sales person I worked with was great even though I did not buy a car.

"Great experience" My sales person, Jake, was more collaborative than pushy. He heard what I valued and what I didn't care about and found me just the right car. It was used with minimal mileage. He advocated with management to come to a price that made me feel like I got a true value. I highly recommend him and the dealership!

"recall Service" Had to bring vehicle in for a recall and while it was there to check car for rough idol. Found reason for the rough idol and replaced part. Car runs great now. Would have liked a loaner of any kind where the car was there for 6 hours. If I didn’t find anyone to pick me up I would’ve been stuck there for 6 hours

"Excellent" From start to finish everyone was wonderful. Paul was very knowledgeable in regards to the vehicles & matching my preferences. "Honest and Straightforward" Hi had problem with my 2013 X5 trunk latch wasn’t working called on a Sat morning at 8 am everything fixed by 11 they were totally booked but let me come in because it may have been a hazard. Plus they just charge be for an hour work so price was very very fair. To be honest I was surprised that they would hammer me. But they didn’t. So I think you are good if you go there.
