"No snacks" Car was clean, service was good. Amenities are severely lacking! There was nothing to Snack on while waiting. They have a vending machine, but for the amount I paid for the car, and the quality and service you expect with BMW - I was disappointed. BMW in Sudbury has snacks, coffee cakes, ice cream, etc. I just wanted something small - but they only have vending machines. Makes me feel like they're cheap there and aren't interested in wowing clients.
"Great service" Great working with the Norwood BMW Gallery. Jason was really helpful and took as much time out of his day to help as we needed. Never felt pressured or sold to. He just wanted us to make the right decision.
"Honest dealership." I bought a used Audi Q5 in August for my mother from David Josephson and Tarek. I got a good deal and the buying process was simple. Shortly afterwords the car started having issues.... Never a good sign! I called up David and he immediatly sent a driver from Massachusets to New Hampshire (over 2 hours). They gave my Mother a loaner car and drove the Q5 back to Norwood, ordered parts from Germany and fixed everything. Then they brought it all the way back up to NH! "Ordering a new car takes longer than I ever thought !!" It took over 13 weeks to receive my new car. The car is GREAT ! Quite a few of the employees are relatively new at the BMW Gallery in Norwood. Everyone, however was more than courteous and polite. Had a little trouble with finance in that they put down sale of car for like two weeks ahead. "Very satisfied with my new 2018 certified pre-owned BMW" Impressive dealership- great inventory of certified pre-owned cars. Easy to schedule an appointment and road test. Financing was incredible. Great to also have a tech explain all the electronics.
"New car" Jake was very helpful in helping me purchase my new car. My schedule is tight and and he brought the car to my house for my convenience Paul took a ton of time going over all the options in the car and how to use everything. He is super knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and I felt I was able to use the i drive and other options on my drive home

"Exceptional service and personable staff throughout" I came in for a recall service on my ‘06 330xi. I had a great conversation with two service employees. The estimated time of service was spot on, and they had available coffee and danishes while I waited. I checked out their basement, where they had some interesting vehicles tucked away: a modified e46 m3 and an e30 325 in stunning condition.
