My only comment is that the price, for cabin filter replacement, brake fluid check, and general inspection, seems excessive. At this rate, when the independent shops start to appear knowledgeable about EVs, I’ll be tempted to take my business elsewhere.

Had my BMW X5 towed 195 miles to dealership (Thanks to AAA premier membership that was a no cost tow!), The fuel pump went out somewhere in the middle of the Nevada desert. What a bummer! Dropped car of in the middle of the night and found a hotel. Called the next morning for the bad news, spoke with Ryan, he ordered the part and gort the car fixed. Price was reasonable and Ryan was friendly.

The hard top on my Z4 was stuck, and they spent the time to fix the issue and make sure they got it right. I would definitely go back there again in the future and may be looking to them soon for my next vehicle purchase as a result.
