"I bought a car here back in April, all cash, and i am yet..." I bought a car here back in April, all cash, and i am yet to receive my pink slip and registration!! My wife and i have called at least 20 times over the past 12 months and no one gets back to us or give us an update! This us freaking ridiculous!!! Avoid this dealer at all cost, because once they sell you the car and have given them your money, you are on your own!!! What a joke!!

"Don't buy your next car from Center BMW. They are..." Don't buy your next car from Center BMW. They are dishonest and deceptive. I custom ordered a brand new M2, they made a mistake when placing the order which increased the cost of my vehicle. They still have not admitted to making the mistake and to make matters worse they lied about taking my lease back, now I have 2 cars and 2 car payments. Plenty of BMW dealerships close by.

I needed one question answered: can they register the vehicle for me with Arizona DMV so I can drive the vehicle back?...Bob said give me 15 minutes and ill call you back. Bob never bothered to call back. Its uncaring and inattentive salespeople that ruin a dealership. BTW...a salesman in Scottsdale called me back and I'm picking up a vehicle today

"Fraud" I had a flat tire on my BMW so I had my 18 year old son take it in to the service center for a quick repair since I was unavailable that day. Not only has the process taken over a month, but they have lied and tacked on about two thousand dollars to my repairs. The service advisor Brian Douglas was overseeing the service on my car and has condoned any fraudulent behaviors that have led to me paying almost 50 times the amount I should pay. "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - sales practice was deceptive" STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. There sales practice are deceptive. I was lied to and given false information resulting in a costly sum of money. I purchased a car from this dealership with the understanding by the sales person that I would be getting a product in return.
