The real problem with this dealer is Ali, the "finance manager". He will try to sell you the EasyCare CPO wrap package for an absurd amount of money. He has a big card that shows look you get this and not this, then tries to shame you into it. No means no does not apply to him. A few insider tips - 1) unless you car is a lemon this is a terrible deal 2) wheel protection is not necessary, run flats can be patched over 95% of the time, you will never recuperate the costs of his "deal" 3) better extended warranties are offered ... read more

I unfortunately purchased a 2016 525i from Center BMW of Sherman Oaks in January of 2016, my first time in over 10 years. I normally lease by cars through Bob Smith of Calabasas. I went to Center just to get an idea of what I wanted. I saw a car that I liked, thought I'd be "loyal" to Nick, the salesperson and went back to purchase the car. On Dec 29th I dropped off my car for service for recall with service advisor Shahe. Then I Picked up car Dec 31st @ 10am. When I pulled up in to service drive, I noticed my car sitting outside with a lot of water on it. Overnight there was a rainstorm and it was obvious that my car was left in an open area and was not garaged like they say they do their cars overnight. Took my car on a Thursday (around noon) to get the battery replaced. To my knowledge, a battery replacement is an easy task. Could take a day at most with the programming and whatever else. Called Friday and they told me my car was still being looked at. I thought it was strange but shrugged it off. Called again Saturday and they told me my car was still being worked on, at this point I'm already agitated. Now I have to wait until Monday...Monday finally arrives and I wait until 12pm to finally call them. Now my car is final... read more

literally worst dealership in the world. have tried buying from them a couple of times and ended up waiting around the lot for 20-30 minutes completely ignored by everyone. and if you ever need to return a lease to them, make sure you call to "schedule an appointment " at least a couple of months in advance. rude and unprofessional all around. Too much to put up with concidering there are 3 other bmw dealerships within a 20 mile radius

Terrible Customer Service! Terrible Attitude! Sunday, January 31, 2016, bmw salesman made us walk all the way back of the dealership instead of bringing the car while it was raining extremely strong, he did not even bother to open the door that we can sit inside. He expected us to buy over $70,000 car without even sitting inside and telling us that he only has an umbrella for himself. We left this ridiculous place and went to Mercedes. What a difference! Brought my car to service for a simple repair and paid for it. But had to return the car because they did not fix the problem and worst they had mess up and told me I have to pay for additional work. Service manager Shaun and his assistant Dennis is so unproffesional and were very rude. I would like to see if I can complain to management. They need to understand that after 3 times of bringing the car and also paying a lot for it, having more repairs is not acceptable.

Last Oct 12, I brought my 07 328i to this service center for an oil change, my service advisor was friendly and she been nice to me. this is my 3rd time to be in this service center. She told me some recommendations that may need to be done but I told her I am just fine with an oil change since my service warning light is on when I turn my ignition. I entered the dealership ready to lease a new car. The salesman Conrad was extremely impatient and borderline rude. When we got down to discuss the lease terms I had some simple questions, and most of his answers were wrong. When he called the sales manager to talk to me, he gave him the wrong information and the sales manager attitude was flat out insulting. There are many other BMW dealerships. Stay away from this one, especially from Conrad Allan.
