Great Service/ Natalie Swain is the best!!!!!!!!!! Home Recovery Systems will not use Bert Smith BMW for future automobile purchases for the business or personal use. Only recommend the service department to a friend not the dealer Buying BMW's from Bert Smith since 2005.

What an Awesome Customer Experience This was my first Porsche and I was blown away. They rolled out the red carpet from the moment I first called to when I came in for the test drive and purchased. Wonderful buying experience This is one first class dealer. A beautiful dealership, everyone we dealt with during our buying experience was very polite, friendly and professional. So good we bought two! Bill Gunnett was extremely thorough and attentive throughout the entire car buying process. From end to end, Bill was honest, kind and professional- an experience I'm not used to when buying a car. The experience was so good, not only did we decide to lease my wife a new BMW- I also ended up purchasing my own! Bill Gunnett and Bert Smith have a new client for life!

Best car buying experience EVER! From the moment that we walked in the door at Bert Smith Volkswagen we felt right at home. The sales staff were friendly and courteous, but more importantly they did not waste or time and delivered exactly what they promised. 3rd bmw This is the second car we leased from John Aslan. He is understanding on our wants and needs. Our experience with Bert Smith started back when in 2006 we bought our first 2002 BMW 325CI convertible used. We purchased it through a wholesaler and used Bert Smith for our service issues and problems we might have occurred. They we very helpful and courtesy with great customer service. Due to that reason we decide to purchase the next BMW for Bert Smith. We will recommend Bert Smith to our Friend and family.
