John and the service department could not have done a better job servicing my car. John was very professional over the phone, he handled all of my concerns and went above & beyond to help me out. A member of the team picked up my car at work, left me a loaner vehicle and returned my car to my work place as soon as it was ready. I really can't say enough about John and the whole service staff at BMW of Newport...5 stars!

Mark and Bill at BMW of Newport are really genuine and helpful. I think I asked over a hundred questions and both of them did not get frustrated at all. I found the dealership to be a laid back environment in a modest facility, which made me feel more comfortable compared to other luxury car dealerships I have visited. The employees were casual in their approach and easy to converse with. I did not feel pressured at any time, which was refreshing and easier to make a decision.
We had been looking for a car for a long time that had the reliability and low miles our new family needed. I came away with a great deal, on a great car, with a great salesman that treated us with consideration and respect. Mark has excellent interpersonal skills as well as a reserved no pressure attitude that was nice and easy to work with. Communication was A+ and we will buy again from Mark. After having bought/lleased three cars from Inskip in Warwick, RI, we were ending a lease and purchasing an X1 outright. Over two weeks working with Inskip we were frustrated with their unwillingness to make a good deal with us. The whole staff at the dealership was very helpful in getting me in my 335ix. They were extremely thorough in helping me though the options and getting me the car at a great price. I expect that their service department will live up to expectation, the sales department really built them up! I will certainly be back to buy my next BMW!
