I am a return customer x3 now so I assume that answers the quality of this dealership and the people who work for it. Mark was extremely helpful in my purchase. I was really looking for a pre-cert. Very simple process and excellent salesman. Mark was thorough, helpful and very eager to make car buying experience as streamlined as possible. In the fall of 2012 my wife and I drove about 100 miles from Massachusetts to this R.I. dealership as they had in stock several hard to find colors of the 2013 X3.
