Disgusted My purchase of a used vehicle was pre-empted by the dealership when they sold the vehicle to another buyer without my knowledge. They refused my offer of an deposit and then turned around and accepted it from another person. Beware!!!
Not trust worthy - sales team plays games Agreed on a price for used car only to turn-around and claim that they made a mistake and price would be higher as they had to put new tires worth $2500! After I agreed to meet in the midway for the increased price after I drove 150 miles each way, I am told that my tires on the trade-in were no good and had to discount another $1000 from the trade value! Sneaky I found a car I liked, called and was told it was for sale at the price quoted only to find out half way through paperwork they added a seven hundred dealer prep fee for a car that wasn't even preped and smelled like a dead dog...they said that will come out...it hasn't and I am selling for a loss
