Service Customer service of scheduling the appointment was a nightmare. The automated email system the dealer has in place to confirm or change appointments is not properly managed and does not work. The dealership is short of personnel in the service department. It takes several repeated calls to even get the courtesy of a call back.

Fuel pump recall call made to me re: brake fluid needed to be changed and I already had oil changed prior to visit. My service button was not reset, which I requested to be done. I have been hospitalized recently and cannot drive until released by my surgeon. This just angers me that I have to make another trip back to BMW during busy season

Bad online buying experience I saw the car listed on cars.com and then called in to ask for pictures. The sales person texted me the pictures and I showed interest. Then I wanted to make a deposit with credit card which they denied and said that I needed to sign documents to hold the car. Provided my email but never received the documents and the car was sold. Disappointing...

Fort Myers BMW We have a 2003 X5 and we have had it in for service to have things repaired in February 2017 as needed. we had a oil leak and they told us that it was a oil seal leak for the filter system. We stored the car in the garage in end of March 2017 and returned in October 2017 and found a puddle of oil on the floor. took it back to let them know and now they tell me it is a different leak it is now my oil pan seal. I believe that it was it the whole time. They wanted a little over $2,000.00 to replace seal when I ju... read more
