service Called and said the recall air bags parts were in. Took car in on scheduled appointment to find out about an hour later that the parts were wrong parts,. So here we go again waiting for the parts. Hope they are the right ones next time.

Fort Myers BMW I waited at least 7-10 days to get the car diagnosed, far too long in my opinon as they are charging me a fee for the car to be there daily. I left a message for the service manager and no return call was placed to me.

x3 bmw the service dept. did a great job servicing my car.. i had a another issue with the car and received nothing but excuses from the service rep. not acceptable, i expect results.

Car Repair Gave my car for repair. When all set and done they gave me my car as dirty as it can be. Disgusted.

????? Dealer neglected to advise part needed for recall not in stock... caused unnecessary 2 hour round trip and still need another appointment.

Ken Carter I had a 7:30am appointment and I wasn't greeted until 7:50am. Not a sorry were late or anything. I had a slow leak in my tire and it took them over an hour to tell me I had a nail in my tire. The total experience was not very good.
