Bought used Wife and I bought a used Escape Hybrid from this dealer. It was a hassle-free experience. Would recommend this dealer for any car purchase.

Sold service knowing I wouldn't be able to use. I should have posted this message months ago when I purchased my second vehicle at the Fort Myers location. First purchase, 5 stars no issues. Second purchase, 1). I requested they only run my credit through BMW financial, not with any other bank(s). I was told no problem. I find out 2 weeks later they pulled my credit 3 times with 3 banks. chicoyne.jacques@gmail.com Dealer did not disclose a 3000$ repair to fix the sagging convertible top liner of the car, dealer replaced front wheel tires with a different (cheap) brand than the rear wheel tires which by the industry standards is unacceptable, dealer promised to cash a personal check 3 days after the sale the allow me to wire transfer the money in my bank account and instead went ahead and cashed it the very same day leaving my account over-drafted. Not a good experience, I do not recommend this dealership.

service customer Late December, 2020. Where are the masks on employees and customers? I was told that not required unless customer wears a mask. Needed a replacement tire. Not notified and called only to find that the tire was in the day after I was there for an oil change, one week earlier. Why not contacted? 20 rings on the service phone before it was picked up and I was then put on hold. Really!

Way too long Routine service work was schedule for 1 hour. The service took 2 1/2 hours!

Running flat tire problem My passenger front running flat was losing air, I brought in told the service greeter my issue. 45 minutes later he came back and said it?s ready. I asked what he did to it and he said we put air in the tire, found nothing wrong. I said I could of done that..... I brought it in because it obviously has a leak. He said do you want to see someone in service? I said yes that?s why I brought it into the ?service department?. A few minutes later Chad/Service Rep. came out and said we will address it. Owner The financial guy ruined the experience with his high pressure and less than truthful closing technique. I will not subject myself to that experience again.

Car Purchase Gregg the sales person made sure I get the car I wanted. He was helpful during the sale. I am very disappointed from the finance mangers. Lack of communication ,problem solving skills and professionalism. I bought two cars already. I am not sure if I return.
