Great service experience! Friendly staff - Ken in Service was great to work with. Got a very nice, brand new 3 series loaner while my car was being serviced. Very professional team. Excellent job!

Phenomenal Team! The process of getting the car was amazing. It was so fast and friendly. I didn’t feel like I was being sold something. Such an amazing team! Great to be apart of the “family”
expensive parts They let me drive right inside. The waiting area is very comfortable and I appreciated the coffee and snacks and TV. Sadly, what was to be an oil change turned into over $1700 in repairs, i.e., new brakes and battery. Shocking prices. But really was treated respectfully and was given a loaner car for the day. I love that they wash the car including mud mats with service.

Excellent Personal Service The driver who picked up and returned my car to my home was great. Very professional. And I can't say enough about what a great asset Patrick is to your dealership. He is the reason I keep coming back. I had scheduled my car checkup and came down with the cold/flu and he took care of everything and got my service appointment rescheduled and setup the pickup and delivery so I could still be able to drive to Florida for my Winter vacation. Thanks Patrick.
