Great Dealership for Sales and Service I worked with Sam on the purchase of our new, used, vehicle. I came right after work, which happened to be 10 minutes before close, and without hesitation, he asked if we needed help. He did not rush us, and answered all of our questions. Great staff, good service I recently bought a car for my son from Ryan. He was really great to work with. He was really knowledgeable and I really appreciated the no-pressure sale. Best Dealership I've Ever Experienced This entire dealership is friendly, very respectful of your time, and they do great work. I didn't purchase my car here, but after going through terrible service at Witham, I decided to give Park Place Motors a shot. Not only did they schedule me in, they were flexible when I couldn't make it due to weather issues. Excellent experience Took delivery of my ordered BMW m235i equipped exactly the way I want it last Monday and could not be any happier. My salesman, Eric Jensen, Burl (BMW manager), Rob Benson (finance manager) made every effort to get me the car I want and the buying process enjoyable. I could not ask for a better experience and recommend that you see these guys when considering a car purchase.
Overall I recently purchased a new 2015 VW Golf. Frank was very helpful and I was able to get exactly all of the features that I wanted on my new VW. I previously owned a 1985 VW Golf and after driving 2 different makes in between, I finally came back to my favorite. I love it! I also came back to VW because of the expertise and quality of their service department. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
Great service from a great dealer! This was my first time buying a car from a dealer. Sam was a wonderful sales rep to work with, he made the buying process go very smoothly and answered all my questions. I never felt any pressure with buying . Very nice people to work with and very accommodating !
