Good Service Good experience buying a new family car. Had snacks for the kids and tuned the big TV to Disney channel while mom & dad finished paperwork. Very friendly & knowledgeable.

They helped me get the best car for my budget. I worked with Jenna C. and she was very friendly, accomodating, and answered all my questions - And is still available for any questions I might have. Exceeded my Expectations! I traveled over an hour to have my car serviced and the courtesy shuttle took us to the mall, picked us up quickly to deliver us to the restaurant of our choice and then back to the dealership. The service department gave me a written report of the overall condition of the car and what repairs I can plan for in the future.
Great Service Department! There's always a certain level of hesitancy when taking your vehicle somewhere for service when you didn't purchase from them...No need to worry with Park Place. Joshua does an amazing job in the Service Department. He went above and beyond to deliver my vehicle to me (an hour and a half away) at no charge when a mistake had been made and my car wasn't going to be finished when expected. Great service Recall for 2012 Tiguan fuel pump. Appointment was timely. Very accommodating. Friendly staff. Clean. What more can one ask of a dealer?
