Great service I was shopping for a quality used car and was in a position of paying by check so I was ready for a duel. The salesman had the vehicle I was interested in ready to go for a test drive which we had made arrangements for the day before. After a short test drive we agreed on the sticker price which was 2 to 3 thousand less than the metro area dealers and according to Carfax was around 6 or 7 hundred over value. All in all, it was a quick and pleasant experience and have reccomended them to others.
Courteous and Straightforward We had been looking for a very specific vehicle (a yellow TDI New Beetle) and finally found it here. We live quite a way from the dealership but they were nice enough to hold the vehicle for us to see. Because of the straightforward pricing policy, thorough explanation of the features, and nice relaxed test drive, we were able to quickly decide that it was the perfect vehicle for us and were able to drive it home the same day. Efficient, expedient service Park Place installed a trailer hitch package on our new Routan Minivan and repaired a chip in the front windshield. Jeff did an excellent job coordinating the glass repair (which only comes to Rochester on limited days of the week) and the installation of the hitch. He had the van finished within my time frame, we are very pleased with both issues!
Friendly & Curteous This is the 3rd Kia our family has purchased from Park Place Motors in Rochester. The entire staff is friendly & courteous without being pushy. The showroom, offices & service areas are all clean & professional looking. Nothing could have made our experience better.
Very friendly service I like their services. They made me very comfortable and were really helpful addressing my concerns. The shuttle the drop me at home and picked me up when the car was ready was a plus.
Outstanding routine service First routine service for my new Audi A3. Absolutely perfect in all aspects. Over the phone diagnosed my shaking above 50 mph (snow in the open spoke wheels) and routine service was a faultless process. Service consultant was Joshua Kern. Best dealership I've ever dealt with.
First time costumer...I'll be back! Brought in my 2013 Jetta for factory maintenance and I was very pleased with the quality of service. I used the shuttle service to get to and from appointments at the Mayo Clinic while my car was getting serviced--fast, efficient and friendly! This car is my first VW, and I'm very pleased to have such a great option for taking care of it.
Outstanding, Speedy, Quality Service!!! Starting with our dealer, Frank. He is courteous, kind, and incredibly hard-working. Made my FIRST car purchase an amazing experience. A slight issue came about with the autolocking and keyless entry; but have no fear, Jeff was here to save the day and took our new car, Patsy (Patsy the Passat), and fixed her right up. We were given a shuttle service from work to get Patsy straight away. Great experiences so far with Park Place and the customer service. Truly gold standard.
Great Service, No Pressure I recently drove down to Rochester from Minneapolis to purchase my used A4 - worked with James Taylor on the process and it was as smooth as could be. Very honest and upfront, without any unnecessary pressure. I knew what I wanted, and he was great with explaining what they had to meet the need. Highly recommended - ask for James Taylor!
