Knowledgeable and friendly sales person James Taylor is a very knowledgeable sales person who really understands car. He can quickly answers your questions accurately. He is also a friendly person who you can communicate with. He is not pushy in selling you a car. The customer lounge is also great and relaxing.
Great Experience After visiting a VW dealership 30 minutes from my home, I drove 3 hours to Luther Park Place VW and am glad I did. The facility and customer service was excellent, Almin was clear, concise and spot on, the car was accurately described on line and priced extremely competitive. The only thing i wish is that they weren't 3 hours away, if and when i need service. Needless to say I am extremely pleased with my purchase of a Certified 2012 Passat!
Why We Keep Coming Back We have purchased our last 9 cars from Park Place Motors. The quality of their customer service is why we keep coming back. The sales staff at Park Place are courteous and knowledgeable. Sam answered all our questions and Rob in financing is the best. It's the only place in Rochester I would consider buying a car.
Above and beyond service Absolutely fantastic customer service, of course they're selling cars, but this was above the level of service and satisfaction I expected. While I don't hope to have the need to purchase a new car any time soon, I will come back when the time rolls around.

They had just what I was looking for I saw this 2012 Kia Sorento online that seemed to have all the right things, low miles, loaded and reasonable price. I went to see it, loved it, and because their asking price already seemed quite reasonable, the deal was done before it actually saw any time on the lot. I'd been looking for any kind of AWD SUV that had a V6 for some time and all the others at this asking price had double the miles and half the options.
Informative Staff, No Hassle Process I recently leased a vehicle through Luther Park Place Motors. I worked with Ron Thrune and found him to be informative and easy to work with. His many years of experience are evident. I appreciated his no pressure approach and his ability to be both straightforward and accommodating. The finance officer with whom I worked was efficient and spent as much time as I needed to review the agreement with me.
Terrific new car purchase experience After a terrible experience with my local Kia dealership drove to Rochester out of pure frustration and resolution to find a dealership who would treat me fairly. Couldn't have been happier to make the drive, as the experience was a completely positive experience. Drove away in a brand new Kia Optima and love it!!
