Great friendly service Service manager Ken was most helpful with scheduling my vehicle for service. We have used this location for the all service needs for our 2005 X3.

Service! George, at the service desk, is The Best! He has been very accommodating and is very personable, as well as knowledgeable of products and service. I have had my MKX since 2009, and bought it there, as a "used" vehicle.

Services performed and personnel awesome! My car was due for recommended maintenance - complete annual oil change. We purchased our 2010 BMW at a dealership in Ann Arbor but have been using Zeigler's for all maintenance needed. Closer to home for us. Have never had any problems or issues. Everyone friendly and helpful. That is always very much appreciated.
