Extraordinary Customer Service I recently purchased a 2014 BMW from the dealership. The staff with whom I dealt with was very courteous, respectful and helpful. Even after the purchase the sales agent was kind enough to spend a lot of his time in explaining the various features of the car which I think was an extraordinary gesture (unlike Sales at other dealership who would not even talk to you if you don't have an appointment). I will definitely refer all my friends to this dealership again.

Smale Service I have a 2013 BMW 328 XI that I bought at Zeigler. All of the required service was taken care of. I particularly appreciate the reminders to get service. Also, Justin drove us to a local restaurant to wait while the car was being worked on. He was very consederate.

Great Service and Easy Process Picking out a car and going through the process was easy, straightforward, and even fun. Matt P. did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted and being responsive to my questions. I've already recommended both Matt and the dealership to friends!

Great services. Clean facilities. I was at Ziegler for an oil change, and 2 items to check for my Lincoln MKX. I was only there for an hour. They changed the oil; told me that had run a check of the engine - no problems; and they had ordered a new shift cover which would be covered under warranty. George takes good care of us!
