worry free .. great experience Staff at Zeigler always are responsive and very helpful and make the buying experience woby irry free.

Customer Service Experience Your service department is always helpful and concerned for getting you in and out in a timely manner while still being sure that all service needs are taken care of quickly and accurately. That is one of the reasons that Zeigler is my preferred dealership in Kalamazoo. I am enjoying my Lincoln MKZ.

Very professional and prompt Service department told me about upcoming brake work that needs addressed but didn't try to force me to pay for it at the time but said it could wait until next servicing.

Excellent repair I'm assuming the higher the number, the better the service. My experience was excellent. Ken was extremely professional and knowledgeable. His diagnosis, per my explanation via telephone of my BMW issue, was exactly on point. The service was extremely fast and efficient. The detailed cleaning of my BMW was very un-expected, but extremely appreciated. I intend to make Harold Zigler my first option when needing a vehicle purchase and vehicle repair.
