Service Department As usual, the service was excellent. Ken is an excellent representative of the dealership. The service I have received from Zeigler played a large role in my decision to purchase my new vehicle from Zeiger and not from another dealer.

pleased with service I was treated very well they were unable to help me with my problem but they did everything they could to help me.I was very pleased with the service I received.

Good as they get! Service was inspection on our 1996 Z-3 Roadster (with only 18m miles) we couldn't have expected any better service from Harold Ziegler's service advisor, Ken Francisco who may be the best, most knowledgeable service advisor we have ever experienced. Ziegler's have done an outstanding job in servicing their customers over the years!

Great service by George and Trevor. The only improvement I would suggest is to have some friendly people at your cashier desk. I felt I was intruding on her personal time. Both Trevor and George were professional, friendly, and welcoming. They have always made my experience in the service department a good one!

???????? Pickup and delivery were timely. Car washed inside and out. Thank you! However, initially experienced what appeared to be as much or more steering wheel, brake, and driver seat vibration as prior to the wheel alignment you provided. I checked the tire air pressures and found they varied widely. After correcting this the vibrations seemed to lessen but I have not driven the car enough since to draw a conclusion. I'm currently vacationing on the east coast. T. Buckles
