"Excellent customer service " They posted a recently traded in vehicle which my wife found on a online car research app. It had very little information because it was so fresh to the lot. "CPO Mercedes Benz Purchase" I found the vehicle on-line. I communicated with the team; they held the vehicle for me and I travelled 850 miles to purchase. The vehicle was just as advertised. The team were very helpful and informative making this out of state purchase very easy.
"Service on my volvo" I only dealt with Josh Gearhart during this visit. My experience with Josh and this dealership this time was the best ever! He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle that was kept there for a week. He made sure that I had a loner car while waiting on parts for my vehicle to arrive. "Update car registration/ seat calibration needed reset" BMW Vehicle service was done efficiently . They provided a loaner car that allowed me to keep my scheduled appointments. Always friendly staff . I also love that they wash the car before returning it to me.
"License plate and state inspection. " Josh was very helpful in getting me quickly scheduled to install the front license plate and complete my state inspection on my new 2019 Range Rover. My experience at the service center was excellent and the vehicle looks great. It’s a little unnerving to allow someone to drill holes in the body of a brand new car.
