"Tremendous customer service!" I visited Autohaus to have routine service (oil change) on my Z. Linda Schaefer was my service advisor. She explained that some other service was due on my car and explained what needed to be done. While I waited for the work to be done on my car, the service technician discovered a crack in the valve cover on my car. He and Linda explained the issue with the crack and we discussed my options. "Excellene" Brought the car in for routine service and summer tires, they found an issue with tires and needed to keep the car. Chris kept me informed every day, I had to leave town and Chris worked with me on returning the loaner and getting my car picked up. I appreciate the care and thoroughness of the technicians to make sure the car is right and Chris working with me. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else

"service " The service at Autohaus is outstanding. The staff is honest and they don't try to sell you things that you really don't need. Plus, they provide a car to use no matter what the repair. This past week Mike Crader was my rep, and the service was fantastic, as always.
"Never take for granted" Most expect a high level of satisfaction from Autohaus and I for one have never been let down once. I have worked with 4 different service people and all are top notch. Could not ask for better service. Just worked with Amanda and she was outstanding.
