I was recently in the market for a used BMW and test drove 2 before stopping at Autohaus. What a difference from going from a dealer that does not deal in these cars to stopping at Autohaus. I had a fantastic experience in the purchase of my new 2017 BMW 540i X-drive from Autohaus BMW. Joe Bauer and his sales manager Eric Fultz were great to work with. They were very responsive to my needs, and were fair on both the purchase price of my new vehicle and on the value of my trade-in. I would definitely buy from Joe and Eric again.
Joe was an excellent salesman and helped me purchased my second BMW. He is very knowledgeable and provided good customer service every time. I would recommend him to my friends.
Service is excellent and approach is honest. When I first took car in for service, I was anticipating higher cost due dealer environment but that is not case. Very competitive and with loaners extremely convenient. Patti is great and will be customer for life.
I recently purchased a new BMW from BMW Autohaus, specifically from Bob Debert. Bob was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. I'm rather busy at work during the week and Bob made it very stress free and basically made the sell via email. Overall, the experience was great and I plan on being a repeat customer at BMW Autohaus.
