The people are always so respectful and pleasant. Everyone there shows professionalism in all areas of the dealership. I love the hospitality and will continue to have my vehicle serviced there.
This is the second car I have purchased from Joe. I feel like he listens to me when I tell him what I am looking for and is cognizant of my financial goals. He's never pushy and that's a big deal to me.

Autohaus BMW gives exceptional service. The facility is clean and well-organized. Ethan was my service advisor and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on with my X3. I liked that he'd call and leave detailed messages so that I could call him back when I was free. I was so impressed with my service tech, Mike Crader. He was so helpful when my X5 needed repair and I was "just" out of warranty. He went to bat for me to try to get me some assistance on a very expensive repair. I am always able to get a loaner and the work was always done in a timely manner. I have no complaints about Autohaus BMW in St. Louis. They are the best!
I recently went into the BMW Autohaus store to replace my wiper blades for my 2011 5 series. Long story made short the process to replace seemed to be easy from the owners manual and from the BMW corporate site. I even went onto YouTube to get my blades into the vertical position to replace but I just could not get the car to cooperate. Very frustrating. This is the second BMW I have purchased from this team. Consumate professionals all the way around. I was wanting a new 2017 but Brett knew that what I was wanting was warranty protection first and foremost. We landed on a 2016 X1, my second X1. Great car. My visit with Chris was informative and fun..including understanding park assist..."just don't touch the wheel" : ) Great place and have recommended them many many times to friends and family. My experience with the purchase of my new vehicle was one of the best I've had. Salesman was very professional. Explained everything in detail. Answered all questions about the vehicle and about the process of purchasing it. It went so smooth from start to finish. In a scale of 1-10, my salesman got a "15". Would recommend this dealership to everyone.
