I had a terrible experience with another BMW dealership in town. I brought my newly purchased vehicle to Autohaus and they took tremendous care of me. They fixed my vehicle for less than was quoted to me at the other dealership, loaned me a great vehicle at no charge while they repaired mine and, all in all, I had a great experience. I will never purchase from the other dealership again, any future BMWs I buy will be through Autohaus.
From the initial conversation, to the test-drive, negotiations, and final signed paperwork, Autohaus BMW made this easy, professional and actually fun! Buying a car can be stressful, but this was not the case this time around. I was blown away by the customer service, follow through and attitude to make whatever wasn't right - right! Bob Warner helped me get into the exact car that I wanted! He was friendly and patient and very knowledgeable. He made me feel really comfortable. He would email or call and check in and make appointment times that were easy on my schedule. Bob Never put any pressure on me to get another BMW. He never rushed this process. He was great!! I hope to do business with him again!!!
Working with Brett was great. He was not a high pressure salesperson. He was most helpful in everything from looking at the car to finalizing the paperwork. In fact everyone was super..!!! The atmosphere, conversations, general interactions, negotiations, financing, technical walk-through, etc. could not have been better. The entire team is courteous, responsive and respectful. they listened and did exactly what they said at each turn. This was the best car purchase experience I have had to-date!
So my husband had noticed this sound in the front end of my "new" used BMW. I decided that better have it looked at before I went on a long road trip. I called to make an appointment and they were able to accommodate my schedule which I was grateful for cause I know that it was short notice.
