I have recently purchased my second car from Autohaus BMW. Autohaus provides the most amazing customer service EVER! My sales advisor was Bob Dedert and he was simply outstanding! I started having problems with my 335i throwing engine codes and I wanted the work done right. I contacted my local BMW dealer to get set up with an appointment to have the car inspected. Greg took care of my issues every step of the way. Pleasant experience with Greg and Auto Haus BMW. I will surely be bringing my BMW's to them for all their needs.

I have recently been to the shop 3 times with 2 different vehicles. Every time, Patti answers all my questions to my concerns very thoroughly. Even when I had doubts on tire tread, Patti went and took a picture to be sure I was comfortable with the recommendation! Patti is a great example of Customer Service Excellence!
I had an appointment for service and again AUTOHAUS delivered with perfect service! When I arrived I was escorted to my service rep Ethan. He was professional, kind, respectful and very helpful. He assured me the issue I had would be resolved and he mentioned a computer update that the car needed he gave me a loaner. Chris was great to work with. I talked with him last week and he got me in ASAP and got me a loaner car. He was there on time and updated me as soon as he hear what was going on. Patti and Victor were so amazing for my first experience with a BMW and Autohaus. I purchased a car out of state, a CPO 2013 with 19,000 miles. 4 weeks later the battery died, windshield leaked and caused a lot of damage. The dealership in Texas was no help at all. Patti and Victor worked with my husband and I trying to help us work with BMW of North America and the Texas dealership.
