I just completed my third purchase from Autohaus BMW and, as usual, great service from start to finish. Brett, Rick and Alicia made it a smooth process - truly the Autohaus experience!
My new service rep, Ethan, was great. He gave me an estimate and a car to use over night as the technitions had already left for the day. That car was new, clean, and he explained how to work everything. By 10 the next morning my car was ready for pick, all clean too !!!! I really love the service and treatment provided by Brett, Eric, and team. This is my second vehicle from them and I travel 4 hours each way from Kansas City to buy from them because they make things convenient, fast, easy, and straightforward-- and not to mention competitive. I have no qualms recommending them to family, friends, and coworkers and I really do thank them for making the process simple and enjoyable.
This is one of many cars that my family has brought from Autohaus and I can honestly say we would not go anywhere else. Our salesman, Dennis Schaffner was excellent. He is well informed about Bmw`s programs and cars which is very helpful in making decisions.
After many years of having my cars serviced at AutoHaus, I am always amazed at the professionals in the service department. They always have the correct answer.
Regardless the car requires another repair, ugh, these people always meet the mark. Professional and courteous, I just truly enjoy doing business here! I can always count on Mike, Greg, everyone there to contribute to a positive experience.
I took my car in for what was a slow leak in my right rear tire. They discovered that I had a cracked my right rear wheel. (I had hit a deep pothole a week before). As always, Mike Crader was awesome in the service that he provided. As he had to order a new wheel, I was provided with a loaner vehicle. My car was repaired and ready for me to pick up the next day. I can highly recommend both Mike and the service team at Autohaus.
I have been coming here for years and Autohaus is hands down the best. I would recommend them to anyone for sales or service. Never disappoint.
Ethan is always a friendly face when I come in for service. So glad to see that you promote from within! He doesn't try to sell me now on repairs that can wait a little longer. I appreciate his honesty and great service.
