I recently purchased my first BMW, and am very pleased with the customer service Bob Dedert provided me. I was very specific with what I was looking for, and after turning down numerous cars he found for me, he finally found the one! I was referred by a friend and would definitely request Bob for any future purchases.

Chris Buie is essential for someone like me. I think he will have the patience and knowledge to help me love this car. There are so many features that I need explained and after sales service is more important than the sales experience alone.

Our BMW was bought in Germany and has been serviced by four dealerships, Rheinland and Kirsh in Germany, Cottswalds in the England and Autohaus in the United States. My family has two BMW's I am the person that brings the car in for check-ups etc. I deal with Mike Crader, Service Manager. He is always attentive, happy, and is knowledgeable and helpful. I could not ask for a better representative. The service is excellent.
