Renard took the time to find the vehicle I wanted with the packages and accessories I desired. The price was right and timing of delivery perfect. Chris Buie did an excellent job of walking me through the features on my car...confirming that the car is smarter than I am!
I had a problem with warning lights and Linda scheduled an appointment. I was given a loaner and my problem was diagnosed and corrected. Linda kept us apprised every step of the way and was in communication with both me and my wife.
I've been an Autohaus BMW client for over 30 years. Outstanding dealership, from sales (Gerd Petermann) to Services (Greg, Mike and others) to Parts (Rusty) that I have worked with. They're fair, honest and I trust them. Always get a friendly greeting, and for service they have a very nice waiting area or will offer a loaner car from their own fleet (no need for third party rental process).
I friemd of mine told me to visit Autohaus because I had mentioned to him that I may want my next car to be a BMW. I was very impressed with the friendly staff and I was able to get all of my questions answered. Definitely exceeded my expectations prior to visiting.

Last week I experienced car trouble while passing through St Louis. Although it was late in the day the folks at Autohaus were very helpful. Mr Issitt helped get my car back to the dealership where they fixed the issue and got me back on the road. The dealership and Mr Issitt should be commended for a job well done.
Every time I deal with Dan Wirick in the service department, I remember why I quit servicing at the other dealer. He goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy.
