Have dealt with 5 different service consultants over 2 years at Autohaus. Every one has been friendly, trustworthy, and taken great care of me and my BMWs. This time it was Patty Kupfer and she was great. The valets even recognize me by name ( I'm there like 4 or 5 times a year ). Keep up the great work.
My overall sales experience with Renard LaSane and Autohaus was absolutely amazing. He did not pressure me, but walked me through each step of the way. After having a horrible sales experience at Plaza Motors (dollars and numbers switched between initial sale and finance dept); I decided to purchase my vehicle at Autohaus. I couldn't be happier with Patti & the entire service department. They treat you like royalty--from the friendly greeters to all the helpful service advisors to Brandon who washed & vacuumed my car!! Karen was very helpful and courteous. This was my first time purchasing a BMW so wasn't familiar with many of the car features. Karen was very patient explaining all the advantages of these features. The purchasing experience was smooth and pleasant, in large part due to her professional demeanor.
I just completed by 4th or 5th transaction with Brett Midgley at Autohaus. He is always very responsive to my questions and the process is so easy. I won't buy/lease a BMW from anyone other than Brett!
My car was overheating over the weekend. I called at 7;30 am on Monday morning and I was given an 8:30 am appointment and a loaner car by Chris Clem. The water pump was replaced and the car was ready first thing on Tuesday morning. Chris was very helpful.
This is the third or fourth car I've bought from Renard. Excellent sales and service, no pressure, answered all my questions, took good care of me, Chris Buie exhibited patience and knowledge walking me through my lesson on the car's technology
Chris is very patient and explains very well all the bells and whistles of my new car. He sat in the car with me, got outside, too, to demonstrate trunk andpulling back seats forward. He was terrific in submitting my brochure for the free headphones and also provided a wonderful car wash. My visits always exceed my expectations.
I went in for an oil change and was soon advised of some things that were going on with my vehicle. Greg was great at letting me know what I needed and had a loaner vehicle ready to go before we finished our conversation. My vehicle was in better condition when I left than when I came and that is important to me. Thanks for the great experience at Autohaus BMW!
