Purchasing my 2nd BMW, as a CCA member I was very impressed with the entire process. Most importantly they were reasonable w/the price and they were very knowledgeable on every aspect of the vehicle and the purchase process. Like any customer I was particular, and they treated me exactly as I needed to be treated. The only lament that the sales manager declined to allow me to drive an M-car. But I got over it.

I'm very impressed with Bob Dedert's hard work and knowledge of BMW's. He worked very hard to find the car with the options I asked for. During the buying process and after, Bob understood my perfectionist characteristics. I'm all about the details. If I had a question, Bob answered my questions day and NIGHT (after business hours) and still does after purchase. First of all I was very impressed with Autohaus BMW's inventory. I knew exactly what I wanted, and after looking at national websites, was pleased to see Autohaus BMW had it locally.
