Karen was very knowledgeable about BMW's in general and specifically the pre-certified car I was interested in and its history. She was able to immediately enlist the help of service personnel to show me how to work features of the car I was interested in even before my test drive. She and Eric made my purchase and delivery easy and fast, staying late to give me a tutorial on the features and workings of my car and offering a refresher course if I needed one later on. Everyone at autohaus is very friendly. I visited the dealership after a poor experience elsewhere and I was pleasantly surprised. Brett was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and relaxed. I never felt like he was pushing me in any direction, rather that he was interested in helping me find what I wanted. He worked with me from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with my new car!

I have been buying from Autohaus BMW since 2001 and have always had a great experience. Bob Dedert always goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with his services. He also followed up with me several times to make sure the job was done right. Bob is a great example of what s salesperson should be like. Great people at Autohaus!!!

We recently got our third new BMW from Bob Dedert. Bob is the best! He is very knowledgable of their product line and extremely easy to work with. We always recommend Bob to any of our friends considering a BMW. Our experience the last 3 years with Bob and the whole Autohaus team has been fantastic. Service is extremely easy and efficient. Autohaus is the first dealership that I've gone to for service where it doesn't feel like a drag. They have the friendliest service I've ever experienced, and they really try to know you on a personal level. They are quick to get me in for service, and they always offer me a loaner car even if the service is going to be fairly quick. I will continue going to Autohaus for my BMW services for many years to come.
